FAQ

  • Every session is unique so pricing depends on what type of session you’re looking for, how many people will be attending, and/or location. It is best to speak with us directly through email or text for accurate pricing.

  • Booking can be done through email, via our contact page, or text 954-955-0300.

  • Yes! All standard photo session require a 50% deposit. Weddings and traveling sessions are different and will discussed upon inquiry.

  • Invoice and Zelle are our preferred forms of payment. We also offer Afterpay for anyone in need.

  • Yes! We have included the studio rental into our pricing.

  • We do not offer refunds on any deposits and/or retainers. We do hold deposits and/or retainers for 6 months to use at a later date.

  • Please let us know prior to your scheduled time if you’re going to be late. Being late takes time away from your session and it will be rushed. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your session for another time (if available) or another day. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 3 days prior, or a $25 fee will apply. If you reschedule after your session has already started, there is be a $100 fee applied. If you need to cancel, please try to do so at least 24 hours prior. Deposits are only held for 6 months, after that, a new deposit will be required in order to book again.

  • We have decided to discontinue videography as our business continues to grow. We have a list of trusted videographers that we can gladly refer to you.

  • Yes! Once your deposit is secured, we are more than happy to brainstorm with you and come up with ideas that you are comfortable with.

  • We offer unlimited poses within your schedule timeframe.

  • Absolutely! We understand that some people are camera shy or may have never taken professional photos before. The photographer will help guide the entire session.

  • We do not include a make-up artist but we do have a few professionals that we can refer.

  • Proofs are sent out within 24-48 hours after your scheduled session. Once you select your photos to edited, final edits take about 7-14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS, unless you have paid for rush edits.

  • No! You will have about 100-200 proofs to choose from. Most will already look nice without retouching. You do have access to all proofs without any watermarks.

  • Once your session is booked, we always ask for your theme or inspiration. We edit each photo based on what you have requested. If there are any changes you may like, we do allow 1 revision.

  • Yes, as long as the dog will well trained and properly groomed prior to your session. If the dog has any accidents, it is the clients responsibility to clean it up
